New State Mandated Immunization Requirement
Effective January 1, 2012, State of Texas law requires that all new and transfer college students must receive a vaccination or booster against bacterial meningitis. This applies to both undergraduate and graduate students. Students who were previously enrolled at TWU but not enrolled during the Fall 2011 term are also required to receive the vaccination to enroll for Spring 2012. TWU Open House
February 4, 2012 Open House was a success! Despite the weather we had a great turn out over 200+ people in attendance. Prospective students had the opportunity to win a scholarship of a $1,000 to be applied to Fall 2012 tuition and fees. The specific academic info sessions that were held separtely were filled with prospective students, as well as campus tours were offered as part of open house.
Tuition Increase
Public Hearings to discuss tuition increases beginning Fall 2012 will be held on Monday February 13, 2012 and Tuesday February 14, 2012 via video conference in Room 3310 on the Houston Campus 12PM-1PM.
